All cooler rentals must come with packages; we do not rent the cooler on its own. 

Cooler will be delivered and set up 1 hour before event begins. 

Cooler will be picked up 3 or 4 hours after agreed upon start time. 

All extra hours must be booked and paid for at least one week before your event. Due to high demand, extra hours may or may not be available. 

All dispensers and glassware must be returned with cooler. Plastic ware and paper ware can be disposed. 

To book cooler, there will be a 50% non refundable deposit. The balance must be paid at least 2 weeks before event.

There will be a $50 rental fee. If property is returned without any damage, the $50 will be returned to you. If there is damage to the cooler, dispensers or glassware, the rental fee will be forfeited.
