Terms and Conditions
At Myx & Myngle, we work hard to ensure our store policies are fair, clear and transparent. If you can’t find the information you’re looking for below, don’t hesitate to get in touch so we can help you further.

EVENTS (excluding weddings)
In order for event dates to be held, a non refundable deposit of 50% is due at time of booking. Deposits are due 7 days after initial invoice is sent. Final balance is due 2 weeks before event. Late payments will incur a $15 late fee. If final balance is not paid by 5 days prior to event date, Myx & Myngle has the right to cancel services for your event.
We include an hour of setup and breakdown in each event. If your event venue lets us set up earlier, we will do that with no extra cost to you.
All events are booked for 6 hours (including the hour setup and breakdown). Myx & Myngle offers a 15 minute grace period to ensure everyone that has been waiting in line has been served. After that grace period, if we are still serving we will charge 1.00 per minute per bartender.

If providing your own liquor for an event, we will provide a mandatory checklist for your convenience. This ensures we have enough alcohol for the entire party for all guests. All Alcohol will be packed up and returned to you at the end of the event.

All alcoholic beverages will stop being served 30 minutes before the event ends.

In any event a tip jar is not allowed, 20% gratuity will be added to the total cost of the event.

WEDDINGS
A non refundable deposit of 50% of total cost is due to hold your date. Remaining balance must be paid by 14 days before the wedding. This ensures us enough time to prepare and make sure everything is as close to perfection as we can possibly get.
Myx & Myngle will arrive an hour before the event starts. If the venue allows us to begin setup before the allotted hour, we will start set up with no extra charge to you.

We understand that wedding parties usually take pictures during cocktail hour so it may run over. We give a 15 minute grace period. If we’re still serving after the grace period, a $20/hr per bartender charge will incur.
